Welcome to The F4T Wellness Retreat

It’s time for everything F4T encompasses to come together in one weekend, where we’ll give you the most wholesome, F4T experience!

Whilst on our F4T Wellness Retreat, you will be staying in the luxurious Fallbarrow House, based on the water's edge of Lake Windermere.

This stunning grade 2 listed building will become our home for 2 nights and we’ll take you through an itinerary bursting with everything that F4T represents, whilst also giving you some time to kick back and enjoy the beautiful Cumbrian setting. 

Your stay is inclusive of all meals prepared by our in-house chef featuring some of your F4T favourites for breakfast lunch and dinner. There will also be plenty of snacks and refreshments on hand throughout your stay.
