Yoga is a holistic discipline that combines physical postures, breathwork, and meditation to cultivate physical strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Flow, on the other hand, refers to a state of optimal engagement where we are completely absorbed in the task at hand, experiencing a sense of effortless focus and deep connection. By bringing these practices together, we will learn to synchronise our breath, movement, and awareness, allowing us to be fully present in each moment.
