Join us at Media City for our very first F4T Fitness Live! After hosting our F4T Fitness online classes we have decided to launch our first LIVE fitness class and we can't wait!

Get your weekend started in the best possible way by taking part in a fitness session which will get you sweating whilst putting those muscles to work.

This is open to all abilities and you go at your own pace! The most important thing is simply showing up.
