I hit a point in my life where enough was enough. I felt deflated and felt like I wasn’t living up to my full potential. One of the main reasons I wasn’t reaching my full potential was due to a life where I was living for the weekends only and not making the most of every moment. 

So I made a conscious decision to break these negative habits, stuck with it and now I’ve never felt better my whole life. My lifestyle is fully back on track, from my training to my nutrition and it’s completely transformed other areas of my life personally and professionally. 

I wanted to be an example to others to show that one small step really can change your life for the better. Remember it’s never too late, no matter how dark that place feels right now.
